When a hardcore criminal Shankar escape from jail, his lover Madhavi who elopes with Surya and stays in Nisha apartment where Keshav, most wanted criminal and a gold Smuggler Vikram and contract killer Mahendra stays.

Shankar is a dangerous criminal who hails from Rajannapuram and he is in love with Madhavi,. Shankar kidnaps a rich businessman from Rajannapuram and gets ransom of one crore and keeps that money with Madhavi. Other side, Keshav bhai is the most notorious criminal and does various illegal corporate businesses and with lot of influence he kills that rich businessman whom Shankar kidnapped and intelligently puts it on Shankar and police arrests Shankar and send him to jail. Madhavi flew to Hyd with money with Surya. 3months later, Shankar, along with co prisoner Gopi, escapes from jail and reaches to Hyderabad to take revenge on Keshav, and both enters into an empty flat of Nisha Apartment where Keshav bhai and Madhavi also staying in the same apartment. Yadagiri ,one more business rival to Keshav Bhai, gets frustrated and furious listening the name of Keshav bhai everywhere in the city taking over all his illegal businesses, gives contract to observe his moments to a local goon Mahendra, who also lives in the same apartment. When Madhavi comes to know that Shankar escaped from jail and reached Hyderabad, Madhavi worried as she betrayed him. Keshav bhai also bit worried with that news what will happen next? Shankar and Gopi stays in Vikrams flat, who is a gold Smuggler and keeps two crore rupees in the apartment. Two thieves enter into the apartment and takes away the money while Shankar and Gopi sleeping. Crime Investigation officers, who are observing all illegal activities happening around Nisha apartments plot a sketch to arrest Vikram red handed, with proof of having unaccounted money with him, but after theft they wont find any money, but to their surprise Some one attempts to kill Keshav bhai and police get alerted city. Vikram Escapes from police trap. Surya sell Madhavi to red light area and flew to Goa with money.
