Cathy Yan needs to direct more...

Without saying much, this episode was a masterpiece and in my opinion the best of the series so far. The writing is great, as usual, but the way in which the direction, editing and score work collaboratively to capture the tensity and subtly exude the chaos, especially in the final ten minutes, was like watching an orchestra give the performance of their lives.

I hope Cathy gets to direct another episode in future because she definitely understood the assignment with this one.

    Painful to watch

I have spent all of my Succession "tenure" veering between being a fan of Kendall Roy and loathing him (a truly exceptional performance by Jeremy Strong by the way.) I'm just watching season 3 because I waited to watch the last two seasons together, and up until the last fifteen or so minutes of episode 3 I really disliked him. But then he walked down that corridor in that scene and my heart broke for him. You could say he's the architect of his own downfall and for all his bravado he's vulnerable and insecure and wants nothing more than the love and respect of his father. The one thing his money can't buy. I've a long way to go but for today I'm team Kendall. To be continued...

The last last 15 mins was tense as hell

Season 3 continues to deliver with more schemes, backstabs and family drama. The acting and writing truly is phenomenal this episode. The cinematography is also stunning.

There is one scene near the end of Kendall just walking through a corridor (you'll understand when you watch it). And it's one of the best scenes of the season so far just because of its subtle but profound use of cinematography and acting. No dialogue is required as you can clearly see every single emotion kendall is feeling in that moment. This is exactly what I love about this show. There is so much fast, clever dialogue in each episode, but at the same time, succession knows when to just shut up and let us appreciate jeremy strong's acting abilities.

    Exceptional episode of television.

You cant run from the past!

This was a great episode that really.made me invest myself emotionally in what was happenning! With everything Kendall has been through there were scenes that made me more emotional than I thought i would be! This Shows you just how much you qctually care about the characters and just how far they are willing to go!

Things really got spiced up in this episode and I can only imagine the consequences! Feels like they all desperatly tried to get the last laugh! Neither side is totally safe and anything can happen! Amazing way to keep you invested!

Season 3 is really shaping up and I am on board!
