Star Wars Biomes

It's very relaxing and also really cool to get a bird's-eye view of your favorite Star Wars landscapes. There's no story to be found here, just a nice relaxing video to put on as you fall asleep.

This reminds me of the Soarin' ride at Disney World. Pleasant little "fly on the wall" perspective. I so hope they make more of these. I want to see Cloud City, Endor, Naboo, Geonosis, Coruscant, Jedha, etc.

If you are having trouble falling asleep put this on and the ultra slow pace and ambient background noise will knock you right out. I had to fight my eyes from closing for all of the painstakingly long 18 minutes. I do agree with other reviews that this should be played on a loop in stores that sell huge widescreen TV's I think that is where this would have any benefit or as a screensaver otherwise you should watch it on 3x playback speed.

This was exactly what it sounds like. Star Wars Biomes is an 18 minute special that takes you to some of the most famous places in the Star Wars universe, to witness some of the events from the movies and shows, from a literal birds eye view. The shots were visually stunning, and I loved how they added the little details from the film or show the scene came from. The 6 Biomes they go to are Hoth (The Empire Strikes Back), Tatooine (A New Hope), Sorgan (The Mandalorian), Crait (The Last Jedi), Mustafar (Revenge of the Sith) and Temlle Island on Ahch-To (The Last Jedi). It was also really cool how they added key parts from each of the scenes, such as the Imperial Walker walking through snow on Hoth, and Luke riding on Tatooine shortly before the Jawas sold him R2 and 3PO.

This was actually very cool to watch, and I would definitely give it a go.

Oddly satisfying and visually impressive, Star Wars Biomes is obviously heavily limited by purely being a moving view of scenery. It's peaceful and was never intended to be absorbing, it shows other angles to famous Star Wars settings. Only for background viewing though, no one is focusing on this.
