Brazilian gory dark-rumored dystopic Death Race-like B movie with a lot of mockery on both the 1964-1985 military dictatorship and the 1980s television. There are good ideas, but it is too rough, seeming sometimes a poor cosplay of Mad Max, and the script is too messy. The very idea of a military dictatorship in a country called Panamerica, apparently built throuh an expansion of Brazil, is never developped. The reason for the race TV show is never properly explained either, and there are many confusing murders outside it. The references to military dictatorship are not only in the portrayal of censorship, the military and moral education, and the Institutional Act AI6, but also in the names of characters such as president Rademacher and the rebel João Goulart.
