When Fili and his friends must parachute from their burning plane, to their surprise, an uncharted island suddenly appears in the middle of the ocean. The Island's inhabitants, half-spirit half-human girl Aluna and her protector Barabajagal, are equally surprised by the humans' arrival and deal with it each in their own unique way.

Aluna's old friend Maya, a unique amphibious creature, pays a visit to the island. Aluna her friends decide to throw a party to celebrate, but Johnny Tuff has other plans.

Tara and her mother are surprised when clumps of rubbish wash up on the idyllic island beach. Aluna calls on the help of an angler fish, and her aquatic friend Celia, to save the island.

Tara accidentally discovers an unusual fruit full of goo which instantly turns her hair smooth and shiny. She sets up a salon on the beach so she can give everyone totally awesome hair-do makeovers.

The island is visited by a group of mysterious Grey Men who set about stealing all the colours from the island and its inhabitants.

Once every 300 years, Barabajagal needs to shut down the Island's engine for maintenance. It's a tense time, because the invisibility bubble is deactivated, and the Island becomes temporarily immobile and visible to the outside world.

When all the humans come down with colds, Aluna, being kind, tries to nurse them back to health. But it's proving to be difficult, as a group of stinky seals have meanwhile decided to take over the island.

An adventuring father and son crash their yacht onto the island during a storm. So Aluna and the islanders must help the visitors repair their boat, without revealing themselves or the island's secrets.

Aluna's pendant is stolen, and naturally everyone accuses Johnny, the local mischief-maker. While Aluna struggles to adjust to life without her pendant, Tara discovers the true thief.

When a stork carrying a rare baby Orangutan crash lands on the island, Johnny steals the baby and it's all hands on deck to find the little creature before it comes to harm.
