As a cherry on top he brings in his cheap, low-tier Attorney (Kyle Gannon) in to help with the deliberation, you know, to make it more official. Will he get what he's after?

Mr. Gerp, a rowdy frontier farm-owner believes he's found oil on his property, convinced he's sitting on riches, he comes under the impression that he is being conspired against by the government, petroleum companies and the bank which is handling the mortgage on his house.
