Plot

Toony is treated by Dr. Abramowicz, a quack physician whose primary concern is his kielbasa emporium. Featured cartoons are Hare Tonic (1945), Hook, Line and Stinker (1958), The Pink Blueprint (1966), Sheep Wrecked (1958), and The Daffy Doc (1938).
