Goofs

Edit

Continuity

Alfie's carry-case is intact after Elly's 3-story fall onto her back while still wearing it.
The female assassin on the train should have died when Aidan shot her. The bullet path goes through the window and into her chest before she has a chance to move.
Keep an eye on Aidan's T-shirt when and after he is shot.
At around 1 hour 44 minutes, in Aidan's fight scene with a chair, it's a different chair between shots.

Factual errors

Flashbangs do not have the ability to throw people backwards. All they do is emit a blinding flash followed by a deafeningly loud bang (hence the word Flashbang).
Ice skates (proper or improvised) do not work on liquid oil, they simply cut through to the floor below the oil layer.
At 10.00min in the librarian hall, there are many photojournalists.. One of them, second from the right, at the upper-right corner of the frame is "filming" Elly with a cap on his lens. The cap is clearly visible in a few other shots because it has a silver title on it.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

The Beatles' "Now and Then" appears prominently in the film, and Wilde tells Elly it was their song 5 years earlier. However, the song was released in 2023.

Since the film does not specify the year in which it is set, it could be taking place in 2028 or beyond.

Revealing mistakes

During the oil-skirting scene Elly is seen sliding on the dirty floor but when she gets up, she's still very clean.

Miscellaneous

The handgun silencers seem to have a very inconsistent effect, during the train fight scene.
When agent R Kylle CIA ID is shown, the date of summons shown on the ID is in the format MM DD YY but the date shown 23-12-20. This is an obvious error as there is no 23rd month.

Errors in geography

If the wine bottle on Alfie's desk towards the end of the movie is from his own vineyard in Eastern France, it would have been in a Burgundy bottle (with sloping shoulders) instead of a claret bottle (high, square shoulders) which is used for Bordeaux wines in the West of Fance.
The bottle on Alfie's desk towards the end of the movie is a claret bottle (distinctive with high, square shoulders) used for Bordeaux wines.

Plot holes

The hacker knew what was on the file, including personnel , so why would he hand it over to an agent of The Division? He wasn't so naive.
