Writer/director Creep Creepersin originally wanted Ron Jeremy to play Doug. Moreover, Creepersin also considered playing the lead role before eventually casting Luke Y. Thompson in the part.
The story was inspired by an actual incident in which several teenage boys ran up to writer/director Creep Creepersin's door, rang the bell, and ran away.
Everyone wore their own clothes.
Luke Y. Thompson deliberately avoided talking to all of the actresses who play the Ding Dong Ditchers.
