Successful journalist Murat Güven covers the murders of five people, three of whom are children, who were killed in an unsolved manner in the program Lost Lives, which he also hosted, but during his investigations, he learns that two sisters belonging to the family are missing. When Murat Güven takes action to find the sisters named Feride and Nesime, he is unaware that Cemil Bey, who has been burning with the desire for revenge for years, will also follow them. Cemil Bey's daughter, from Nesime, follows the events and decides to cooperate with Murat Güven. This cooperation will cause Nesime and Feride's entire lives to be turned upside down. The sisters have been hiding from Nesime's ex-husband, Cemil, for years, hiding their identities. Both women have left the past behind and built brand new lives. Moreover, they are unaware of each other. The intersection of the lives of two young women whose characters are diametrically opposite after this news puts them both on an irreversible path full of lies and secrets. The reckoning between the two sisters, who met many years later with the broadcast of the Kayip Hayatlar program, becomes quite decisively. Now the two sisters have to be together to protect themselves from Cemil, and their personalities, diametrically opposed to each other, make it difficult for them to stay together.
