In the segment about actors eating apples, there was a scene of Chris Pine as Captain Kirk in "Star Trek (2009)" biting in to an apple. Mr. Lowe says something like "here is Captain Kirk eating an apple while saving the Enterprise." The scene shown is actually Captain Kirk attending the Starfleet Academy and once again taking the Kobayashi Maru test--this time sure he will "pass" the test and save the (mock) day.
