Best so far (OK only 3)

Yet to watch episode 4 but really enjoyed this one, first episode was all over the place, 2 gathered pace, this one hits the ground running.

Watching in the UK and nice to see some Brits in action.

Off piste and just wanted to say, watch The Shadow Line (2011) if you like Chiwetel Ejiofor) a remarkable TV show from the BBC that has hardly any coverage.

Loved the use of. Joy, Apollo 100 at end of this episode, made me think yes, this shows going places now.

The Wizard of Risk

Following the miraculous healing last week, Dorothy (Naomie Harris) leaves home to follow the Yellow Brick Road with the bold, intelligent, big-hearted Faraday (Chiwetel Ejiofor) to meet the timid Wizard (Rob Delaney) and peek behind the curtain at Oz (OriGen). The Wicked Witch (Sonya Cassidy) and the tenacious Flying Monkeys (led by Jimmi Simpson) are obstacles in their path.

An eventful episode, moving the plot forward significantly, successfully introducing some new characters and fleshing them out rapidly. Lots of nice metaphors, quotations and symbolism. My favourites are from George Bernard Shaw and the parrot, demonstrating just how far Faraday has developed socially. Some strong performances again across the board, but particularly Sonya Cassidy as the ambitious, ruthless and greedy Edie Flood.

Goofs
There is much talk about 'base 60' as if it is some mysterious, super secret code only used by geniuses and aliens.

However, not only was base 60 used regularly by the Babylonians, any computer (or competent mathematician) can perform calculations using it.

In fact, people nowadays use it all the time in a modified form when measuring time, angles and geographic coordinates.
