Verdict of The Movie : Above Average

Plot of the Movie: Indrajit Sukumaran playing as Inspector is given a duty to get back a prisoner who is yet to come back to jail as his parole is over...

But when he nabs Solomon alias Suraj Venjaramood he comes to know the story of his life and how it changes his thinking towards the law forms the rest part of the story...

1) Story based on the child abuse which we often hear a lot but executed in a different way which was quite convincing....

2) Notable performance of Suraj Venjaramood as after Jana Gana Mana, another strong performance from his side... He was the pillar...

3) Aditi Ravi done quite a good performance...

4) Indrajit was good but after watching his constant police roles in Kurup, Night Drive nothing different kind of performance being visible from his side....

5) Predictable Climax....

6) Location was apt for the story...

7) Cinematography, Direction was well executed...

Overall a One Time Watchable Movie.

Saw it few days ago on OTT. Iam not gonna get into the details of the movie even though there isn't much to spoil

Movie deals with current socio-political issues and how justice is not always served to a common man. Despite dealing with such hot topic, the movie is really bland without any flavors. Its predictable and uninspiring even with the twist.

It started good and I was waiting for it to pick-up the plot and move on. But it didn't happen. It was on the same 'bland' path till the end and I was bored when the twist hit. There was lots of emotion going on in many scenes but none felt convincing enough for the twist and it felt too forced.

We are recently experiencing an explosion of these uninspiring murder mystery/ investigation movies. This is just one of them.

Well directed movie by M Padmakumar,stared by Indrajith Sukumaran, Suraj Venjaramood in the lead. The movie revolves around a cop, who is on the hunt for a convict. The film required either a gripping narrative or had to be a strong emotional drama that explored the ramifications of the shocking incident; but here it gets trapped in between, doing justice to none.

Directed by M. Padma kumar, Story starts with Indrajith being an efficient police officer, his wife is about to give birth. He goes to tackle the case of a missing guy in parole before taking leave. The guy is Suraj and he's on a mission, of vengeance against the people who destroyed his beautiful small happy family. The suspense was fantastic. Absolutely loved it. The justice has to come from a daughter's father. The acting, by everyone, is amazing. Suraj Venjaramoodu is just at a different level. We are blessed to have an actor like that in our language. Absolutely phenomenal. Overall great movie.

With the two main leads Joju George's Joseph and Mohanlal's Shikkar, M Padmakumar has already proven that he can conjure up intense and gripping thrillers based on real-life incidents. What aided him in those steller ventures are most importantly its scripts - by Shahi Kabir and Suresh Babu, respectively. Aditi Ravi, Swasika, Sudheer Karmana, Major Ravi, Nisthar Ahmed and Ajmal Ameer in the lead roles.
