A workplace drama most worthy of being translated into English

I carefully rate each episode, and many episodes make me score 9 points with excitement. The reason is that this is the closest to reality in China's workplace. Its truth even makes me nervous, because every role seems to be alive in real life, or other people I have heard of. There are several conversations between the boss and the subordinates that I experienced personally. Thanks to the screenwriters for their efforts to restore the reality of Chinese workplace to the greatest extent (without distortion or beautification).

If audiences in English-speaking countries want to understand the current world of work of Chinese people, this series should be the best choice.

In this TV series, you can see the struggle for rights and interests between Chinese people, the rules of white-collar survival, the mutual use of employees and executives, the pressure of survival in first-tier cities, the over-caring of parents and relatives for unmarried people, and the problems of native families, two different paths for women to seek development, the bureaucratic style of state-owned enterprises and the dictatorship of the chairman of the board, and so on. Perhaps the imperfect thing is the ideal city.

The best office politics story ever

I still cannot understand how the writer and director can come up with such a realistic story of daily office politics in one serial.

I love all characters and the storyline Even the story contains many advise for understanding office politics especially for construction industry.

I even had the same experiences, from preparing tender, evaluation and awards etc. All seems similar to real life.

Su Xiao character maybe in a hardline life, but her idealism and genius brain make her way to her career.

English translation is very helpful, and China entertainment industry is so advance and in my opinion has surpassed India and Korea. Bravo!

Well done!
