Screen legend Frances Bay (Blue Velvet, Twin Peaks, Happy Gilmore) takes on her first starring role as EDITH MOORE, a spunky 92 year old who must take a final journey to the hospice. With her family out of the picture, it becomes the responsibility of HOWARD (Karl Herlinger) to deliver her safely. But when he fails to reach the departing shuttle in time, Howard decides to push Edith nine miles to the Hospice. Along the way Edith convinces Howard to take her on a detour to some of her favorite childhood locations, and as the day progresses, the two realize they have more common than first thought. Join them on their journey as Edith experience life for the last time, and Howard discovers it for the first.
