    Good episode but....

The acting in this episode was spot on.

But what really upsets me the most is the subject. The police initiated a manhunt on a man who accidentally kid his child in an explosion, which horrified him, caught the guy and threw him in prison with no trial. Once inside, the prisoners who were waiting for him, with no hesitation or second thought, killed him while the guards just simply watched.

There's a reason why the "innocent until proven" guilty law exists, no matter who the person is and how serious the crime they are being accused of is. You all agree or disagree with this

I know that this is a show and everybody knows that, but this still upsets me that the guy was killed even though his actions killed his child.

    Fantastic But...

This episode is fantastic but it's difficult to watch just because of the subject matter. The acting has so far been top notch. Especially Jeremy Renner and the woman who plays his sister-in-law.

    • Trivia
The house raided by the cops at about the 37-minute mark is at 10 Keith St. in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, and is the same house used in Four Brothers (2005) for the Mercers' house and shootout.
    • Goofs
At 2:11, while in traffic, Canadian government sign on the building is shown, revealing the filming location to be in Canada, not in the USA where the show is set.
    • Quotes

Miriam McLusky: The first African slave was a king. He was abducted off the coast of East Africa by a Portuguese explorer. This king pleaded. He bargained. He promised that if he were returned, the following year he would provide ten people in exchange for his freedom. He was released. The following year the same explorer landed in the same area, and ten people were led to the shore and presented to him. The next year, over 100 slaves were returned to Europe. And the next year, they wanted more. And the next year, and the next year, and the next year. It is said that you could walk from Africa to America on the backs of her stolen children and never would a boot get wet. Would slavery have existed without this bargain? Perhaps the question should be, "would the bargain have existed without the desire for a slave?"
