Goofs

The Great Wolf Pack

Edit

Continuity

After Wiley downs an urn of water, the water sprays out of his nose like a fountain. However, his sweatshirt has mud on it afterwards. When he didn't have mud before he downed the urn of water the mud is shown afterwards.
Throughout the entire film Oliver Raccoon is shown to have Grey eyes. But when the scene that plays in the middle of the end credits Oliver has his original green eyes. Which was exactly what Oliver used to have in real life.
Whenever the Great Wolf Pack get wet, their clothes always look dry and it never looks like they got wet.
Wiley is shown to get annoyed easily which isn't his character trait in real life.
A raccoon is shown wearing shorts instead of a bathing suit to go on a water slide raccoon don't wear clothes.

Factual errors

Geysers normally spray water up into the air. They don't spray the water upwards and bend the water into a curve down into a cave.
One of the animators credited during the end credits of this film is Juan Miguel Cisneros Rivera. When the real credit for this person is Juan Manuel Cisneros Rivera.
Wiley gets slammed in number of trees. Which could result in splinters in the body. As well as a number of broken limbs and bruises to result but he is unhurt from this.
Oliver falls from very high height and sharply lands on his front-side. When he gets up he just looks dizzy and appears to not have broken many bones in his body. A fall from the height that Oliver fell from would easily break several bones or cause fractures.
Wolves can't spray water out of their nose they aren't whales. It all appears that Wiley swallowed the water instead.

Revealing mistakes

When Wiley and Violet bring Oliver's hot air balloon down it's noticed that the gas burner is still on and it doesn't get extinguished which could lead to the balloon floating away again.
When the Froglins play their song as they prepare to drive the Borple Beasts away there's a blatant animation loop that's used multiple times.
Oliver's parents aren't Raccoons they're drawn/designed to be Red Pandas. This the the first movie Great Wolf Entertainment has made and they can't get a Oliver's parents right.
When Sammy is spinning around doing her dance. She says "join me" however it's shown that her lips are not moving when she says it. Clearly an animation error.
As Sammy shows Wiley around Great Wolf Lodge a beaver is shown in the background eating a hoagie his mouth his even moving as he chews it.

Miscellaneous

Oliver pulls a giant book out of his sack that he carries. However that pack isn't large enough to fit a giant book inside.

Errors in geography

A Whirlpool can't transport a group of animals back to to where they came from. They only suck water down.
After using the whirlpool to get back home a whirlpool forms in the lagoon under the statue of the Great Wolf Spirit and the pack flies out of the whirlpool. When in reality whirlpool can't repel objects not even animals they only suck water down.

Plot holes

The Wolfstone is a bracelet that Brinley receives from the Great Wolf Spirit. As it's only given to someone who is brave. Only for later on that everyone gets a Wolfstone after they do an act of bravery.
Brinley hears someone calling for help. Everyone helps the wrong group. Only for everyone to help the right group later on.
Wiley talks down to Brinley and refuses to listen to him. Only for him to later on say that he will listen to Brinley the next time.
The interior of Greatwolflodge is never shown and the backstories of the characters are never mentioned. This movie feels like it's on constant autopilot as it movie too quickly and throws everything at the audience with no quiet moments.

Character error

Oliver's parents don't resemble a raccoon in the slightest. They resemble more red pandas instead of a raccoon.
Sammy is described as being an extrovert and an artist. However she only paints one thing. It was never mentioned she was also a dancer.
Wiley's character trait is to be fierce loyal and a friend. However he acts like a stick in the mud and prefers to be alone two character traits that aren't mentioned about him.
Wiley complains quite a bit in the first quarter of this film. In real life he never complained about anything and was always in good spirits.
Violet formerly used to be very pretty and very sweet. Now her updated look now has a rebel personality to herself and her hairstyle gives the impression that she's now emo.
