An der Flensburger Förde wird die Leiche des aus Dänemark stammenden Christian Rommedahl angespült. In das Visier des neuen Ermittlerduos Svenja Rasmussen und Antoine Haller gerät zunächst der Freund und Arbeitskollege des Opfers, Lasse Jørgensen. Eine weitere Spur führt die Kommissarin und den Kommissar zum Flensburger Spirituosenhändler Philipp Schaaf. Zwischen ihm und dem Toten scheint es ebenfalls eine Verbindung zu geben.
