At a conference on combating drug trafficking, law enforcement officers are forced to admit that they are technically very far behind the criminals. Security officer Aleksandr Belov explains that dealers have left the streets for the network and now all traffic goes through the Darknet. The same evening, Major Nikonov and Captain Listyeva receive anonymous messages where the pawnbroker will be killed. The police leave and find Danila's corpse, in the pockets of which is a package of cocaine marked with the letters BH. Although detectives do not yet understand that this is Be Happy - an application connecting distributors and customers of drugs. But Belov knows about the program, because he created it. However, the duplicitous genius needs to find out who first handed over the treasure of the exchange, and then merged the entire customer base.

Belov, or Rast in the Darknet, has one problem after another: his wife has been diagnosed with cancer, an open feud has begun with a new neighbor. His friend and accomplice in Be Happy was beaten by unknown people and planted a note demanding to hand over the code. At work, Aleksandr is appointed a technical specialist in the investigation of the courier murder case and the search for the application developer, i.e. himself. It does not work to lie low - Anonymus sends a request to all Be Happy users to surrender to the police. Investigators will learn about a certain Escobar, a major drug dealer of the Darknet, who may want to eliminate a competitor.

Investigators Nikonov and Elena Listyeva interrogate Kolyan Tsurikov, in whose apartment the girlfriend of the murdered pawnbroker died. It is possible to find out some nicknames that allow you to get to the suspects. Belov was instructed to find out their real names. Anonymous continues to force another Be Happy user to turn himself in to the police. The dismissed driver Tolik blackmails Yuliya, the daughter of deputy Evgeniy Rozin, by the fact that there is a moment on the DVR when she planted drugs in the car to her father. After checking the information, Rast believes that Anonymous is Kolesnikov and finds his address.

Anton and his friend Zhizha set fire to Kolesnikov's garage, where drugs are stored. But Escobar's men, disguised as CHOP guards, catch and beat up Zhizha. Nikonov saves him from the massacre. The police also manage to arrest Kolesnikov, who admits that he visited Escobar's website. Belov is afraid that Zhizha, who was arrested, will hand over Anton, which will lead the police to him. Therefore, he helps tom escape from jail.

Not only the police are looking for the liquid, but also Escobar's people. Nikonov begins to suspect Belov of having arranged the prisoner's escape, but Aleksandr manages to prove his innocence. Deputy Rozin sends his daughter to a drug treatment clinic, where she meets another Be Happy user. Tired of her husband's constant omissions, Nika tries to find out the truth. But the news that she is pregnant takes all the quarrels into the background. Rast got on the trail of Anonymous, calculating his movements on the cameras.

Anton is captured and tortured by Escobar's accomplices, trying to find out how he found Morgan's garage. The police also find the body of Zhizha, who died in a shootout with them. Nika and her daughter went to her parents and refuses to pick up the phone. Listyeva's relationship with her husband is also strained. Yulia's friend from the drug treatment clinic was found dead, and she is very afraid that she will also be killed. Rast helps her escape because he needs information from her. But when Yuliya comes to Beglov's house, Nika sees it. Escobar showed his face.

Belov destroys everything around. Nika and her daughter left. The neighbor's child was abducted by her husband's friends, after the wife filed for divorce. Anton, who miraculously escaped, is suspected of drug trafficking and murder. When his laptop is seized, Rast manages to erase all data from the device at the last moment. However, the police already have enough leads to reach Rast. Escobar's murdered accomplices are found to have fake IDs, which were sold by Listyeva's husband.

The killings continue. Now Nika's father is dying from the explosion of a bomb planted in his car. A similar detonator is found under his car and Rast. The hero is sure that Anton is in league with Escobar. Anton's mother turns over her son to the police, trying to save him from death, but a lawyer appears in the department, who presents an alibi. Yuliya Rozina and Igor are conducting their own investigation, trying to find an Anonymous person among their friends. Rast discovered the addresses of Escobar's servers. The criminal is very angry and, having calculated the IP address, kidnaps Liza and Aleksandr.

Listyeva pretends to be a fan of Escobar's work in order to get into his house and free Beglov and Liza. The house is stormed, saving the hostages. Anton asks Varya for forgiveness, but is forced to leave her again. Nikonov realized that Korotkov was Levis, the administrator of Be Happy, and gave the order for the arrest. Belov manages to warn his friend, and he hides with Yuliya and Igor, at the same time helping to find information about Anonymous. Rast is threatened by his neighbor's friends.

Yuliya Rozina remembers the party when she persuaded the girl Zhenya to take drugs. She jumped off the roof under the influence of acid and died. Yuliya manages to remember Sergey's friend, who was with the deceased. Apparently he is an Anonymous person who takes revenge on the developers of Be Happy. Everyone thinks that having dealt with Sergey, the chain of murders and threats will stop. But the Anonymus turns out to be different. The deceased Zhenya is the daughter of Major Nikonov, who takes revenge on everyone who is somehow involved in her.
