Ana is a teenage girl who, after losing her parents, is taken in by the family of Martina, her best friend, who live in the countryside. Martina's father Federico plans to take over the local lands, as his obsession for a meteorite that lies beneath a nearby lagoon grows. The mysterious meteorite seems to be the cause of various emotional states in the residents of the area, including the longtime locals, the ancient healers and the newcomer Ana herself. This conflict between tradition and modernity will awaken an ancient pagan cult that worships an ancient two-faced god and sees Ana as their only option to protect the place.
