Set against the drab backdrop of World War II Germany, A Chance in Hell centers around a group of American soldiers who come across a secret Nazi facility where the malevolent Dr. Bucher has been performing experiments on concentration camp victims in an attempt to perfect a super soldier for his fuhrer's army.
