I cried multiple times through out the movie because of the divine experience that comes with it. Felt like I was transported to Shri Vijaya Dasaru and Shri Gopala Dasaru and Shri Jagannatha Dasaru time frame.

The most wonderful thing is my son who is 10 now clearly knows the significance of Shri Vijaya Dasaru and Shri Gopala Dasaru in Shri Jagannatha Dasara and our lives. He makes my play the songs from the movie every night.

A great movie during these times on one of the past "Dasa's".

The movie is well directed, well articulated, well nuanced relationships show like pati-patni, atte-sose, guru-shishya.

Music is eternal, mesmerising and scintillating.

Individuals chosen are apt and felt like seeing the characters of dasa's again and again, through these individuals. Very divine feeling.

"Bhava's" are well rendered according to the situation.

There are a few social causes which are shown.

Did not know how 138 minutes went by.

Totally a grand movie in these times and like to watch again.

It is a very well filmed movie with the story of Sri Jagannatha Daasaru (previously Srinivasa Acharya), it is the real incident story of Sri Jagannatha Daasaru s lifestyle, his achievements,very well filmed with decent yet graceful background score. And the fantastic soothing music and visuals, Please go and watch the movie and support the mythological movies.... Eagerly waiting for Part-2 and other such movies on other dasa shreshtas and yathivarenyas.... 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Please watch this movie. Debut actors have done it amazingly. The movie is on the life of Sri Jagannatha Dasaru and is the first part of his life biography. Vijaya Dasaru and Gopala Dasaru have done amazing acting. No words for Sri Jagannatha dasaru. Please everyone watch it once.

Awesome movie! Already watched it 3 times. Once in Bay Area Cine Lounge Theaters, Fremont and 2 times on KOTT in 24 hrs. Cannot just explain how wonderful the movie is and how deeply it touches your heart. There are few instances especially after the intro of Shri Vijaya Dasa and Shri Gopala Dasa that touches devotees for sure. Must watch movie without a second thought.
