House of Anubis was made into a three book novelization series - Cup of Ankh, The Eye of Horus and The Mask of Anubis.
It is based on Dutch-Belgian television series Het Huis Anubis. The translation of the title is House of Anubis.
House of Anubis is the first Nickelodeon series to be filmed outside the United States and is filmed in the UK, the first soap opera created by Nickelodeon and Nickelodeon's first soap opera aimed directly at preteens and teenagers.
Brad Kavanagh, Francis Magee and Jade Ramsey are the only actors to appear in all 146 episodes. Many people believed it to be Alex Sawyer and Eugene Simon as well, but Alex Sayer was absent for S2 E53-54 and Eugene Simon for S2 E55-56.
Out of the original 9- Joy, Nina, Fabian, Patricia, Jerome, Alfie, Mick, Mara, and Amber, Mick is the only character to never be involved in Sibuna throughout the whole show.
