Turned it off at the scene when he's trying to be funny about the morgue in Miami with Rosa. Like, JFC dude, do you know how annoying you sound mammering on about the air temperature in the morgue?!

The first five minutes were only palatable because dude was just sitting there on the beach with his mouth closed.

I have never understood Vince's type of 'humour' or how he became an actor. He just talks and talks in an annoying pedantic kind of way and is the kind of guy you'd just want to distance yourself from as quickly as possible.

Bad Monkey is Florida Keys noir. A pastiche comedy drama that comes with its own cod Sam Elliott narrator.

It starts someone on Captain Fitzpatrick's boat finding a severed arm with a middle finger sticking out.

Andrew Yancy (Vince Vaughn) is a suspended cop. He is sent on an errand by his former partner Rogelio (John Ortiz.)

Retrieve the arm and get rid off it as it could deter tourist to the Keys. Only Yancy just has to stick his nose in as to what happened to the owner of the arm.

Meanwhile somewhere in the Bahamas. Neville Stafford is young fisherman who finds his home is at risk from property developers. He also has a monkey.

The first episode had an interesting opening which it could not sustain. It was overlong and narration heavy from the Captain Fitzpatrick character.

What should had been an easy watch, the narration is there to clear up the unnecessary complexities.

Vince is such a great actor. He is funny and his comebacks really shine bright so far. He's comedy gold definitely one of the best actors of all time. The show reminds me of Sweet tooth from Netflix with the narration. Sounds like the same narrator, but it's intriguing so far. Apple TV is gold.
