Valedictorian, Dani Owens, has dreamed of going to Mendelton University, one of the top colleges in the country, since she was a little girl. Her polar opposite twin sister, Becca Owens on the other hand, has dreamed of ways to get out of class since she was little. When Dani gets rejected from her dream school, and the only college she applied to, Becca hatches a crazy plan to - BREAK INTO COLLEGE.

After realizing her life is over, Dani agrees to Becca's crazy plan to break into college. But first they're going to need a team so Becca recruits a team of kids from school, each with a unique skill set, that also need a little help getting into a good college. Dani and Becca explain the plan to their new team. What could possibly go wrong?

Money finds a problem with the team's plan - Dean Bennett. Becca comes up with a crazy idea to get past the mean queen dean. Mom throws the team a graduation party for getting into Mendelton University. Dani feels guilty lying to her mom, cheating her way into college, and risking everyone's future. Tyler reminds her that if they don't break into college, they might never see each other again. Dani and Tyler's budding romance is enough to keep them going through with the plan, for now.

After Mom catches Dani and Becca's plan to "break into college" she does something the girls did not expect. Mom actually helps the her daughters with the plan. The plan is finally back on for Becca, Dani, Tyler, Money, and Lucas to sneak into Mendelton University, add themselves to the accepted list, and get out before anyone catches them. The team actually pull it off, only to find a surprising visitor waiting for them when they get home.
