Anne starts the show by sarcastically looking at her watch and saying "And at ten to nine, aren't we glad to see Dallas back?"

The remark, intended as a joke, makes little sense. Although the pretence that Points of View was "live" doesn't have to be taken entirely seriously, Points of View was regularly in a 8:50pm timeslot at this point, so Dallas returning had no effect on the start time.
