Chasing their dreams, Tenoch auditions to host a special program covering a prestigious film festival in Michoacán. We also meet his best friend, Simona, and his roommate Rex, a poker-addicted sunflower.
Simona accompanies Tenoch to the TV channel to showcase their interview with Gus Van Lugo. Tenoch and Rex look for a roommate to help with bills, unaware of the response from a mysterious foreign character.
Rex does everything to prevent Flavio from enjoying a ray of sun. Tenoch and Simona try to convince Lupita to allow Tenoch to be part of the special program covering the film festival.
