I loved seasons 1 and 2 and was disappointed with season 3.
Season 1 had a story, and you could see her becoming strong and powerful. It had good plot twists, and it will keep your attention. You will feel her power. She went from the girl who was forced to run from the cartel to becoming "La Reina del Sur". She was nobody and she used her brain and become the most powerful woman in criminal. In this season you can see Teresas' character develop.
Season 2 was good if you look at the story and good plot twists. But I must say that I didn't feel her power as much as I did in the first season. There were some scenes where you could see how smart and powerful she was, but there were some scenes where she was grasping at straws
Season 3 is all over the place. The producers thought that flashy screens and generally good filmmaking would keep viewers' attention. I hate this season. Generally, I didn't like most of the characters in this season but Teresas' character I couldn't stand.
