      Michael Gough and Anneke Wills met for the first time while making this film, and while she was still involved with Anthony Newley. In 1965, Gough and Wills would marry, despite a 25-year age difference. They had one son, Jasper, and then divorced in 1979.

      When Edwards shoots Kersten at the second rendezvous, Kersten drops the envelope containing the money. Neither however are ever recorded picking it up again.
