Kath's father was a fixed wing and helicopter pilot, her brother Chris, is also a very capable pilot. She's spent a lot of time inside airports, Aero Clubs, flight schools and aircraft of various shapes and sizes. She's met a lot of pilots, student pilots and Air Traffic Controllers...heard hundreds of amazing stories, made thousands of paper planes, and watched at least a gazillion circuits.
