I personally don't get the hype about football or the attitudes of those that tend to play it or should think that it rules the world. My Uncle has always been a huge fan of the sport and I find it very difficult to connect with him, because his interest in it, seems to make him a very different type of person to me.
What I liked about this film though, was that there seemed to at least be some sort of resolution at the end. So many of these short stories leave so many questions unanswered. Over the years I have grown so tired of the shorts on the 'Boys On Film' DVD's that gave lead nowhere and just been very strange or as if they were a snippet of something much larger, so this was nice.
And who doesn't like the locker room romances?
It's really hard to fill a review for a short film with 600 characters as required by IMDB, 300 would be pushing it.

A sketch. Beautiful crafted, exploring, in tender - realistic way , a profound sensitive theme.
A young football player is attracted by one of his mates. But the conflict on football field is occasion for a coward reaction , the image for others being more important than the feelings for the verbal bullied guy.
Remorses, doubts, work up as form of anestesiation of regrets and doubts . The conversation with a friend becomes the seed for fair answer.
Surprising good , out of melodrama tones, Keep Off the Grass is a nice surprise. Not spectacular acting but decent one and smart crafted emotion. And the football universe is an inspired frame for this kind of stories.
