I really dont know why season 3 was necessary, it should have ended at season 1 to be honest. Season 2 was better than season 3 but i feel like the show's story was told completely in season 1 and thats where it should've ended.

Don't bother with season 3
First season brilliant. Second was alright but the third is awful. You can't add a new character and make her the main part. I hate her and can't watch it because of her.
Going by other reviews I'm not the only one. Whoever wrote her part needs punishing
Should have been one season only
Season one was great. If you've heard good things about this show, it's more than likely things being said about the first season. The second season is okay but not as good, and then the last two are pretty bad. They're entertaining don't get me wrong-but in some of the worst ways possible. In my opinion, it turned into a show where they were exploiting serious issues just for shock value and to keep the show running-as opposed to addressing those issues and tackling them with a storyline that makes coherent sense.
It is only for Season 1
So I have read many reviews and decided that I am done with rhe show after Season 1 itself and I advice you too to do the same. Moving on, all the story shows is a visicious cycle of life and how your one mistake can cost someone something that you may never even think about.
The basic premise is that a girl has left 13 tapes which narrates the reasons of her suicide.
There are many argues on this that it has stylised suicide as a version of revenge fantasy and also many ask that who would record 13 tapes before dying, how mentally disturbed one could, and I strongly agree with them. Being said that, I also believe that one should keep in mind that this is a series and so it ought to have something that are beyond explanation. Personally. I did not watch the series as a lesson over depression or suicide instead I watched it as a revenge story and the unfortunate event of suicide which are sad.
If we talk about pros and cons, they are as follows:
Pros: 1. Acting 2. Tigthly Packed Story 3. An unique concept 4. A message which no one wants to talk about but almost everybody wants to deliver.
Cons: 1. Some illogical expressions 2. A little bit stretched
Nonetheless, if you watch the series, it will stay with you for quite a time.
