New Delhi, March 28 (Ians) Telugu superstar Nani, who is travelling to different cities to promote his film, ‘Dasara’, said that he would love to share screen space with Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone and will also explore an opportunity to work with Aamir Khan.
He told Ians: “I would love to work with Deepika Padukone as she is a marvellous actress and definitely if I get an opportunity and a right story, I would just love to be cast opposite her.”
Nani is known for his work in Telugu films like ‘Ashta Chamma’, ‘Ride’, ‘Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu’, ‘Ala Modalaindi’, ‘Pilla Zamindar’, ‘Eega’, ‘Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu’, ‘Yevade Subramanya’, and many more. The first trailer for “Dasara,” headlined by Telugu cinema star Nani, has been released.
The film marks the directorial debut of Srikanth Odela, who previously assisted on hits “Nannaku Prematho” (2016), starring Ntr Jr, and “Rangasthalam” (2018), starring Ram Charan.
“Dasara” tells the tale of socio economic conditions, political ambitions and power struggles set against the backdrop of the Singareni coal mines in India’s Telengana state.
The cast also includes Keerthy Suresh, Dheekshith Shetty, Shine Tom Chacko, Samuthirakani and Sai Kumar. The film has music by Santhosh Narayanan and cinematography by Sathyan Sooryan.
While the film is originally made in the Telugu language, it will also be released in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam-language versions. Recent examples of dubbed versions of films originally made in South Indian languages becoming massive box office hits include “Rrr” and “K.G.F: Chapter 2.”

Chennai, April 20: Southern actress Shanvi Srivastav will feature in the yet-untitled Kannada remake of Telugu blockbuster "Ala Modalaindi", which has already been remade in Tamil and will soon see a remake in Hindi as well.
"I have signed the Kannada remake of 'Ala Modalaindi'. We'll start shooting from the end of April," Shanvi told Ians.
Shanvi recently starred in the Kannada remake of Telugu hit "Prema Katha Chitram". This is the second remake she's starring in a row.
She has no qualms about working in remakes.
"I guess getting remake offers is much more encouraging because it shows someone trusts.

Chennai, April 16: Telugu blockbuster "Ala Modalaindi", currently being remade in Tamil as "Ennamo Yedho", will soon be remade in Hindi as well.
Filmmaker Nandini Reddy, who helmed the original, will direct the Hindi version as well.
"Nandini has been roped in to helm the Hindi remake of 'Ala Modalaindi'. A leading production house will produce the Hindi version. The hunt for the film's cast is currently underway," a source close to Nandini told Ians.
Originally released in 2011, Nani-starrer Rs.5 crore "Ala Modalaindi" minted over Rs.50 crore. Nithya Menen and Sneha Ullal were also seen in the film in the lead roles.

"The shooting of Tamil remake of 'Ala Modalaindi', which is being produced by Raviprasad Productions, has begun in full swing," said a statement from the production house.
Rakul Preet Singh is paired with Gautham in the film, being helmed by Ravi Thyagarajan. The rest of the cast is yet to be finalised.
