    No, but it is similar to both the Fontainebleau and Eden Roc hotels, which is not surprising when you learn that the father of Magic City's screenwriter Mitch Glazer, an electrical engineer, designed the lighting for both those hotels. It is also similar to the Deauville, where Mitch Glazer worked as a cabana boy while growing up in Miami.
