Rachel Bilson in Hart of Dixie (2011)

Trivia

Hart of Dixie

Edit
Filmed in the same back lot as Pretty Little Liars (2010) and Gilmore Girls (2000).
Wilson Bethel (Wade) spent a week before shooting in the south to learn the southern accent.
Wilson Bethel was the first person to audition for the role of Wade. After the audition show creator Leila Gerstein and executive producer Stephanie Savage said they were "blushing" and hired him right away.
Wilson Bethel (Wade) describes co-star Rachel Bilson (Zoe) as "one of the coolest gals I've ever met in Hollywood."
The restaurant at which the characters in Bluebell hang out is called the "Rammer Jammer." This is a reference to a spectators' cheer yelled at University of Alabama football games when Alabama has just won or is clearly about to win. The cheer goes: "Hey, (opposing team)! Hey, (opposing team)! Hey, (opposing team)! We just beat the hell outta you! Rammer Jammer Yellow Hammer Give 'em hell, Alabama!" The term "Rammer-Jammer" came from the title of a 1920s-era student newspaper, while the Yellowhammer is the state bird of Alabama. The shooting location is the same as the one for the restaurant/bar Merlotte's in the HBO series True Blood (2008). There actually is a restaurant called "Rama Jama's" across the street from the University of Alabama football stadium in Tuscaloosa.
