The first week of production, the full editorial process was done at three locations.
On the same day, James Hong had a firsthand experience with the editing process. He had the opportunity to review a scene he had filmed just a few hours earlier. Turning to Editor Tim Vogel, he inquired, "Will this become the new standard practice?" While he relished the chance to see one of his scenes, he was keen on ensuring its inclusion in the film. Unfortunately, it was omitted.
The inclusion of the music video "Hurricane" by Eric Benet in the film was entirely coincidental. Later, as Eric's filming time in Charlotte came to a close, he consented to creating an official version of the music video. The editing and filming of Eric's segment for the video took place in the ReelWorks Studio Sound Design suite, under the supervision of Editor Tim Vogel.
Editor Tim Vogel added a "bright glint" whenever someone touched her broken pendant.
