Spoken Reflections: One Punch to Break Free

A poignant film that expresses the hardships of living whilst knowing you don't quite fit in. A sensitive topic covered in a powerful way. It was a truly touching, mesmeric character based short film highlighting one man's journey, and hopefully inspiring future generations.

This was a hard-hitting film that takes the viewer through Zuhayr Al-Qahtani (the Arabian Warrior)'s journey, showing the difficulties he experienced with the emotional and heavy struggles that come with when you try and make something of your life.

Anthony Popov adds a dark layer to his film and draws out the realities for someone suffering with racism, feeling lost and the innate desire to do and be good despite what people may think of you.
