Brigitte is fifteen years old when she poses for the cover of a brand-new magazine, ELLE. She is quickly scouted by Vadim, the young assistant of the prestigious director Marc Allégret.

Brigitte Bardot and Roger Vadim arrive in Saint Tropez to film "...And God Created Woman". They meet Jean-Louis Trintignant on the beach.

Brigitte's agents and producers are ecstatic as she goes from one film to another. She also meets her idol, singer Gilbert Bécaud.

Brigitte is now a world star. She dates with Sacha Distel and waits for a baby.

Brigitte is heartbroken from the loss of her Grandfather, and is surrounded by her family and close friends. When she discovers she is pregnant, she calls Vadim for help.

Brigitte concentrates on preparing for The Truth, the choice of her future partner, and her ambiguous relationship with the director.
