The two border guards who assist Randy Cube at the Mexican border also appear in Zack Abdulbaki's previous film, It's Gone... A whodunnit, as Canadian border guards. Their names are Earl and Hurley, and at some point between It's Gone and Scorpion Cocktail, they got transferred to Mexico after taking part in an illegal moose smuggling operation that went horribly wrong.
