The film crew traveled by 4 states (Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo, Rio de Janeiro and Bahia), 55 cities and over 8,000 km - in the trips of pre-production and recording.
It took six weeks of research, led by Cristiano Abud, four-week of pre-production and six weeks of recording - one for each episode.

A meeting between directors of the same generation but different styles, talking about the same theme. Some had worked together, other barely knew each other. Only the area of work was defined, but the focus and approach were completely free. The directors chose their production team - photographers, sound technicians, editors. All directors had full autonomy to shoot and edit their episodes.
The recordings were made in July, August and September 2006 with two types of cameras - Panasonic AGDVX 100 and Canon XL2.
