The Borrowers

Edit
In comparison to previous versions of "The Borrowers" films, this version is considerably more dramatic. While they retained the focus on Borrowers being "little people", the storylines of the various characters are more rooted in problems faced by families today...regardless of size.
3rd version of the Borrowers to feature an actor from "Doctor Who". Other actors from Doctor Who include Penelope Wilton (Harriet Jones from seasons 1-4), Mark Williams (Season 7), and Christopher Eccleston (The Doctor in season 1), amongst others
When Arrietty wanders off exploring the bigger community of Borrowers she comes across a bunch of them watching a movie. The movie they are watching is the 2003 hit "Love Actually"...a movie that has become one of those "must watch" movies during the Christmas holidays.
Former British comedy duo member Steven Fry, joins his former partner in comedy Hugh Laurie in Co-starring in another version of the Borrowers. Laurie was in the 1990s movie as the Police officer.
