Unlike most of the videos from Girlfriends Films, "Lesbian House Hunters" is a series with a very specific m.o.: the clever femme realtors ever so gently bamboozle their clients into putting out with sex. Sometimes it is the clients who are schemers, but either way the sex scenes are presented with some tension and more believability than usual.
With continuing characters and story lines, Part 3 picks up with smoothie home owner Darryl Hanah giving newbie realtor Aimee Addison an offer she should have refused. In return for her business, Darry requests of the girl: "You be my girlfriend for the day". We fans know exactly what that would entail, and Aimee refuses at first. Darryl then says the kid will only have to deliver on the sex part of the deal if she flips a coin and it comes up heads all 3 times. Odds seem pretty good, but when Aimee starts flipping she loses in a true grifter's gambit.
I especially enjoyed how Addison stays in character (relatively rare in these videos), resisting Darryl's escalating moves in bed until finally enjoying it too much not to participate actively. This is the prime mode of nearly all Lesbian Cinema, perfectly executed this time.
Other vignettes follow suit: an elaborate two-parter in which Elexis Monroe and Lux Kassidy, arriving to show a house, catch Shyla Jennings and super-buxom Haley Cummings horsing around in the bedroom, taking nude photos of each other for social media posting. The slightly elder ladies accuse the kids of being lesbians and then force them to make love together, after which they show how it's supposed to be done. This recurring fantasy sounds awfully silly when described here, but somehow never fails to go over with an audience -too bad these videos aren't shown publicly.
Finale plays on a fun role reversal that has grown better with time. Dana DeArmond is a giddy realtor whose motto on her business card says "Ill do whatever I'm told until the property is sold". Whether by design or by accident, that turn of phrase suggests a willing submissive for hire, and oriental knock-out Dragon Lily takes her up on it.
Of course Dana enjoys whatever befalls her in the sack, and before long turns the session into plenty of foot-fetish action to boot. Sorry, I couldn't resist.
