How to catch and re-educate the dictator in 24 hours. A provincial hotel turns into the epicenter of a secret operation, but magic and crazy love become a serious obstacle to the country's path to democracy.

Synopsis The night shift porter at the Wizby Hotel Katerina had successfully avoided contacting guests and ignored the woos of her partner Danila till this morning. But the persistence of the young man eventually pissed her off and one carelessly spoken word becomes fatal. Hearing it, the entire male half of the hotel falls in love with Katerina and now they are ready to do anything for her. But she knows how to stand up for herself - and now the "Romeos by captivity" are lying unconscious in the hall. The noise wakes up the female half of the hotel - the administrator and the guest. Katerina confesses the magical abilities of her voice to them - that not a single man in the world can control himself once he hears it. A new hotel guest turns out to be an international spy. He decides to help Danila make a girl fall in love with him. But the unexpected idea to avoid bloodshed changes the situation radically. Now they have to assemble a "dream team" out of the hotel guests in order for idea to succeed. Dictator arrives at the hotel and it turns out he is aware of the magical abilities of Katerina's voice. He intends to kidnap the girl and with her help subjugate the neighboring states. Katerina fails to charm the dictator as he knows how not to fall under her charms. Now they have to turn to a plan "B". The mad chase after the dictator around the hotel ends suddenly. New romantic confusion appears to be enough to disarm the villain. And Katerina's voice changes all... or so we wish.
