In my humble opinion, Alejandro Sanz improved a lot the original song.
I have heard the original English version "One Night" and it's nowhere as good as the Spanish one, which feels far more emotional and romantic, and also has more poetic lyrics.
Which I guess, it must be the reason why this version became a huge hit in Spanish speaking countries, and is still fondly remembered. In contrast, "One Night" is mostly forgotten.
As for the video itself, it's not particularly great or memorable, but it does a reasonably decent work adapting the song into a visual format.
The Corrs has faded into oblivion nowadays, and one of their members has turned into a loony conspiracy theorists dedicated to spread nonsense online. Despite that, I still have good memories of this song.
