Lab Rats (2012)

Trivia

Lab Rats

Edit
In "Robot Fight Club," the actors had to build their own robots.
Running gags call for Donald (Hal Sparks) to be called "out-of-shape" and Chase (Billy Unger) to be called a weakling nerd; however, these are arguably the two most in-shape athletic people in the show (only approached by Kelli Berglund's accomplishments as a multi-style dancer). Sparks practices kung fu and has earned several martial art black-belts while Unger studies and participates in extreme martial arts, advanced stunting, motocross, surfing and skateboarding. These two provide most of the shows physical comedy, with their physical agility making it look easy.
In the show, Leo's shirt has something to do with the episode almost every time.
Kelli Berglund, being the only girl on set, would often hang out in between takes with Olivia Holt, who was also the only girl on the set of her show Kickin' It (2011).
The longest running Disney XD show.
