The producers earlier were going to make a film titled "Qatl E Aam" in the year 1992. The film was to star, Dharmendra,Jaya Pradha,Dalip Tahil,Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Gulshan Grover, Shakti Kapoor,Written by Anil Sharma,Music by Jatin Lalit, Produced by Anil Sharma, Anuj Sharma,Directed by Dayal Nihalani. Later the producer took the same title and made a film with Mithun.
The film was slightly delayed.
