The band Electric Youth had originally been involved with the film's soundtrack, but they parted ways once they learned that the film had been heavily altered in post production. Their soundtrack has been released under the film's original title, 'Breathing.'

There are a few scenes where Becca times herself holding her breath in the bathtub. This scene is very similar to the scene in 'Mermaids' (1990) when Christina Ricci does the same thing. The main characters even have a conversation at the dinner table where they discuss how Becca might be part mermaid and will be growing a tail soon. Christina Ricci, Cher, and Winona Ryder have a very similar conversation in Mermaids.
IFC Midnight has taken U.S. rights to supernatural suspense thriller 'Our House' and is planning a late-summer 2018 domestic release. XYZ Films is handling international sales and will screen the movie at the EFM in Berlin in February 2018.
