The LGBTQ+ Films are contributions to the LGBTQ+ community where the various subgroups recognize themselves in the short films. The individual stories, which at the same time are connected through the meetings between the lead characters, give the LGBTQ+ community an understanding for common and individual goals and dreams as a whole. The films also shine a light on the internal problems in the LGBTQ+ community with discrimination within the subgroups and show that it is not only in the hetero-normative society these problems exits: We can only be stronger externally by fighting discrimination internally, accept each other and be more inclusive. The LGBTQ+ Films consist of short films representing the letters in LGBTQ+. The films are based on real experiences within the LGBTQ+ community which afterwards have been changed in relation to the overall story lines.
