As per the world's simple and straight law, one middle aged couple everyday squabble with each other for one reason or another, and like a rule of thumb another inquisitive couple from next door always eavesdrop them to find bliss in their fight. Another Romeo Kanai, who is madly in love with his Juliet Malati. To win Malati's heart he seeks aid of Apel Baba. Baba casts a spell and hands a magical root stock to Kanai. Within 24 hours Malati would also fall head over heels in love with Kanai, if he successfully pursued Malati to drink magic roots with Milk. Everything was going good but after one night everything has changed up in one fine morning.

Naren and Mamata wake up one morning to find out there age has suddenly decreased by 30 years. Although they were quite shocked initially, they gradually realized they have become 'young' again... They can see without glasses, their gout has also suddenly vanished... they start basking in the glory of their newfound youth but, unfortunately, this euphoria is short-lived. How will Naren and Mamata tackle their son, daughter, neighbors Paresh and Roma, Kanai the milkman and the rest of the world? Will it be in disguise or under a new name? Or will they take help from Naren's hated rival Inspector Makhan? On the other hand, Malati is under the spell of Apel Baba's enchanted root... but what about Kanai? He has suddenly changed his mind, what is the reason behind this abrupt change of heart?

A couple Noren and Momota in their sixties suddenly find themselves in their teenage years within a night. How are they going to explain this unearthly situation to their neighbors, daughter and son? While having no clue as to what and how this has happened. Finding no way out, they elope. They start their journey again, they fall in love again. On the other hand their daughter Pompi has different suspicion that they are kidnapped for Momota's jewelry. And her new suspect is the neighboring couple Prakash and Roma. But Roma and Paresh are not weak competitors, if Pompi goes to the police they'll go to the politician. Along with this cold war, situation starts heating up between Jomuna Ojha and Apel Baba. The battle cry for Jomuna Ojha Vs. Apel Baba takes place. Who is going to win? Jumbling up this whole situation arrives a mysterious character Mr. Srivastav. Who is this Srivastav? Does he have all the answers to questions in demand or this is somebody else's master plan?

Only when the romance between Naren and Mamata was again growing deep... That's when, like a Bollywood cinema's villain, enters the scene Inspector Makhan. He announces to arrest any new couple, seen in the locality. On one hand, Pompi is having the urge to on on Facebook lives like sipping water out of thirst. But this time, she is not going to cry about her parents but rather she is crying about vodka. Who is this vodka? For whom Pompi is so much in pain? On the other hand, at mid night, Malati raid Kanai's place by calling his name out. Kanai again goes to Apel Baba, and he prepares for a ritual.

Ultimately Naren and Mamata are taken into custody by Inspector Makhan. And his rigid interrogation starts. But as that determined interrogation turns out fruitless, Pompi is called and along with her like the ideal, responsible neighbors, Rama and Paresh also come down to the station. Pompi becomes awestruck to see the younger Naren and Mamata as she realizes that they are her real parents. Right then, she comes up with a plan and introduces the young couple as her brother and her sister-in-law. This may have tricked the inspector but it isn't that easy to fool the neighbors. With their personal surveillance software AKA eavesdropping, they get to know the real situation in hand and tries to dig up the reason. On the other hand, Kanai again flips from Apel Baba's aid to Jamuna Ojha with a sole target. He now wants to be the father of Naren's daughter-in-law's child. But Malati has a different plan, she is not willing to let things slide so easily as Kanai and Apel Baba has ridiculed her in front of the whole village.

In the world of 'Ulot Puran', there is mystery in every nook and corner. Who is behind the miraculous age reducing medicine? what's their motive? and who is that Mr. Srivastav, sitting in the dark? The time for illumination has arrived. While the secret is out and Pompi, Sujan are well aware of their parents' situation, all of them seem happy for being able to spend time together. But this happiness doesn't last long as Paresh and Rama decides to steal the medicine. After ending up successful, Paresh takes one pill but Rama out of excitement gulps down two. On the other hand Jamuna Ojha and Malati take charge and decides to shower their wrath on Apel Baba and kanai. Ultimately, were they able to do so? and what happened to Rama after the overdose?
