    An emotional documentary about wrestling.

In this movie, the audience is taken on a heartfelt journey following Helen's triumphs and tribulations as she navigates through life's obstacles. The emotional impact of her concussion, symptoms, and PTSD is palpable, and it nearly moved me to tears four times. The film delves into the unique experiences of women in wrestling and sheds light on their struggles. From start to finish, the movie kept me thoroughly engaged and invested in the subject matter. The only aspect that could be improved was the editing of the wrestling matches; I wish they had included more footage of the wrestling itself.
